18 Oct Otautahi Tattoo Auckland, Guest Artists, Conventions, New Tattoos and a New Season
Kia ora, salutations and good day!
A new week is here, the weather has turned out with some sunshine for us, we’ve had some awesome jobs on lately from awesome clients! We’re entering a new season and Spring 2016 sure is looking to be indecisive! With rain on and off being the norm after the media announced ‘mega-storm’ pushed through Australia and dropped its remnants onto the top of New Zealand, but we’ve pulled through that and we’re looking forward to the sun and breeze (and rain showers of course) in anticipation of what we hope to be an epic summer!
We’ve already started to see some of the early summer followers traveling through Auckland on their ways around the country, getting a head start on exploring our beautiful landscapes over the summer months!
In other news we’ve got two guest artists coming through here to work with us in a couple of weeks, before they take off to the annual, New Plymouth Tattoo and Art Expo! Specialising in traditional, old school and lettering designs they have a lot to offer, pushing through bright and bold colour work, black and grey styles as well as having influences in japanese and other timeless genres of tattoo! I’ll add a few images of those into here as well! They’re going to be here with us in Auckland from the 12th of Nov through until about the 24th, and from there will be at the New Plymouth Tattoo Convention, and after that some travelling and sightseeing of our beautiful country, before getting to Christchurch and joining up with the team there for some more guest tattoo work! Keep an eye out for more updates as to the dates for their time in Christchurch as well, we’ll be posting on social media, facebook and instagram, as well as in another of these blog posts fro the Christchurch team!
